This website, www.geyushiamenitieshotel.com, is owned by GEYUSHI AMENITIES HOTEL, S.L., Tax Identification Number (CIF) B-14869093, with its registered office at C/ Alfareros s/n, Polígono Industrial Los Alfares, 14540 La Rambla (Córdoba), Spain.
These General Terms and Conditions govern the distance selling relationship between GEYUSHI AMENITIES HOTEL, S.L. and the user or customer, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular Spanish Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999 of 17 December regulating telephone and electronic contracting under general conditions, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
GEYUSHI AMENITIES HOTEL, S.L. reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such modifications may be made through its websites by any legally admissible means and shall become binding for as long as they remain published on the website or until they are validly replaced by subsequent versions.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, GEYUSHI AMENITIES HOTEL, S.L. reserves the right, whenever deemed appropriate, to apply Specific Terms and Conditions that shall prevail over these General Terms and Conditions, provided that they are duly announced and communicated in due time.
The purpose of the website of GEYUSHI AMENITIES HOTEL, S.L. is the marketing and sale of its products. The duration of the contract shall remain in force until the delivery of the product, without prejudice to any applicable right of withdrawal.
By accessing and using this website, the user or customer expressly declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use and these General Terms and Conditions. Likewise, the user declares that they are of legal age and possess the legal capacity required to access the websites of GEYUSHI AMENITIES HOTEL, S.L. and to enter into contracts through them.
To purchase our products, customers may access the corresponding section of our online store.
Registration as a website user is mandatory in order to place online orders. The registration section is available directly on the website.
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, GEYUSHI AMENITIES HOTEL, S.L. informs users that the personal data collected during the registration and purchasing process will be incorporated into a file under its responsibility for the purpose of processing such transactions and managing any subsequent actions arising from them.

Unless otherwise notified, we will assume that your personal data remains accurate and up to date, that you undertake to notify us of any changes, and that you consent to its use for the purpose of maintaining and strengthening the commercial relationship between the parties.
During the purchasing process, customers must identify themselves using the username and password provided during registration. These credentials will not be made public. Customers are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for using them responsibly, and may not transfer them to any third party.
Customers may update their registered information at any time through their customer account area, where they will also have access to their order history, price lists and technical data sheets.
Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. It is essential that a valid email address is provided during the purchasing process. If the confirmation is not received within 24 hours after placing the order, the customer should contact GEYUSHI AMENITIES HOTEL, S.L. through Customer Service or by email at info@geyushiamenitieshotel.com.
All website content is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Upon delivery of the products to the address provided by the customer, an invoice and a delivery note will also be supplied.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND FEATURES
The characteristics and images of the products referred to in this document are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. The manufacturer reserves the right to introduce modifications and variations without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect the essential characteristics of the products.
DELIVERY TIMES AND SPECIFICATIONS
Delivery times are approximate and provided for guidance only. For standard products, the estimated delivery time is 48 to 72 hours.
Orders are received daily until 12:00 p.m. (CET). Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Geyushi Amenities Hotel S.L. reserves the right to refuse the supply of one or more pending orders if the Buyer fails to comply with any of the agreed terms and conditions, has outstanding overdue payments, or has exceeded the credit limit granted.
Before an order is confirmed, customers will be informed of any products that are out of stock and therefore cannot be delivered within the standard 48/72-hour period. An estimated delivery date will be provided, and such products will be removed from the order.
PRICES
All prices listed are exclusive of taxes and are subject to confirmation by Geyushi Amenities Hotel S.L.
Minimum order values apply for free shipping. Please refer to the applicable price list for the corresponding minimum order amount.
Price offers are valid until they expire or while stocks last.
OFFERS AND VALIDITY
Whenever a product is offered at a promotional price, both the promotional price and the period during which the offer remains valid will be clearly indicated together with the product’s essential characteristics.
In compliance with current legislation, Geyushi Amenities Hotel S.L. provides information regarding all products offered for sale, including their characteristics and prices.
However, Geyushi Amenities Hotel S.L. reserves the right to withdraw, replace or modify any products offered through its website by simply updating the website content.
Accordingly, the products available at any given time shall be governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time the order is placed.
The company also reserves the right to discontinue, without prior notice and at any time, the availability of any of the products offered on its website.
PAYMENT TERMS
The prices set out in the price list apply to cash payments or any other payment method previously agreed with Geyushi Amenities Hotel S.L.
Payments become due upon issuance of the corresponding invoice. Any overdue and unpaid amounts shall accrue default interest at a rate of 2% per month or part thereof until full payment is made. In the event of legal proceedings, such interest shall continue to accrue until the matter is finally resolved.
For any proposal involving purchases on credit, Geyushi Amenities Hotel S.L. will obtain coverage from its trade credit insurance provider, and all purchases shall be subject to the credit limit granted by such insurer.
Should the credit limit granted by our trade credit insurance company be fully utilized, the Buyer shall be required to make all subsequent purchases on a cash basis until the available credit limit has been restored.
The Buyer undertakes to provide our trade credit insurance company with all information necessary for the assessment and establishment of the corresponding credit limit.
In the event of any error attributable to the manufacturer in the processing or supply of an order, such error shall not constitute grounds for withholding or delaying payment of the outstanding balance of the invoice. Accordingly, the corresponding amount shall be paid, and the incorrect goods shall subsequently be collected, replaced and invoiced as appropriate.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
All orders are considered firm and binding.
Missing or damaged goods: Any shortage or damage must be verified upon receipt and recorded on the carrier’s delivery note. In addition, Geyushi Amenities Hotel S.L. must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. After this period, the carrier will not accept any claim.
Any claim or request for return must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the goods and must be made by email.
Returns of goods for reasons not attributable to Geyushi Amenities Hotel S.L. shall be subject to prior approval.
Returned goods must be received in perfect resale condition and in their original packaging. Credit notes will be issued only after the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and inspected.
Claims or returns for amounts lower than the minimum value specified in the applicable price list will not be accepted.
Any credit issued shall always be deducted from the amount of future invoices.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
For the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Córdoba (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may otherwise be entitled.
