For standard products, the estimated delivery time is <strong>72 to 96 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders received through the website will be given priority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders are received daily until <strong>12:00 p.m.<\/strong> Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Geyushi<\/strong> reserves the right to refuse the supply of one or more pending orders if the Buyer fails to comply with any of the agreed terms and conditions, has outstanding overdue payments, or has exceeded the granted credit limit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices listed are <strong>exclusive of taxes<\/strong> and are subject to confirmation by <strong>Geyushi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>minimum order value of \u20ac700<\/strong> applies for free shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotional prices remain valid until the offer expires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The listed prices apply to payments made in cash or by any other payment method previously agreed with <strong>Geyushi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments become due upon issuance of the invoice. Any overdue and unpaid amounts shall incur <strong>default interest of 2% per month or part thereof<\/strong> until full payment is received. In the event of legal action, such interest shall continue to accrue until the matter is resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For any proposal involving purchases on credit, <strong>Geyushi<\/strong> will obtain coverage from its trade credit insurance provider, and purchases shall be subject to the credit limit granted by that insurer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the credit limit granted by our trade credit insurance company has been fully utilized, the Buyer shall make all subsequent purchases on a cash basis until the credit limit becomes available again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Buyer undertakes to provide our trade credit insurance company with all information necessary for the assessment and establishment of the corresponding credit limit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of any error on the part of the manufacturer regarding the order, such error shall not constitute grounds for withholding payment of the outstanding invoice balance. Accordingly, the corresponding amount shall be paid, and the incorrect goods shall be collected, replaced and subsequently invoiced as appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Claims and Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All orders are considered firm and binding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any claim or request for return must be submitted within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of receipt of the goods and must be made by <strong>letter, fax or email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Missing or damaged goods:<\/strong> Any shortage or damage must be verified upon receipt and noted on the carrier&#8217;s delivery note. In addition, <strong>Geyushi<\/strong> must be notified within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of receipt of the goods. After this period, the carrier will not accept any claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Returns of goods for reasons not attributable to Geyushi:<\/strong> subject to prior approval. The goods must be be returned in perfect resale condition and in their original packaging. Credit notes will be issued only after the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and inspected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims or returns for amounts <strong>below \u20ac20.00<\/strong> will not be accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit notes will always be deducted from the amount of future invoices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any dispute arising from or relating to this contract shall be expressly submitted to the jurisdiction of the <strong>Courts of C\u00f3rdoba (Spain)<\/strong>, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND FEATURES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The characteristics and images of the products referred to in this document are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
